60 Tabs Black Cohash Plus® by Metagenics is a non-phytoestrogen formula designed to relieve menopausal complaints with a mood component. Black cohosh, the primary herb in this formula, is traditionally used to address menopausal nervousness, irritability, occasional sleep disturbances, and vasomotor symptoms. Lemon balm and motherwort are traditionally used to help ease tension and support relaxation.

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable), sodium starch glycolate, silica, and coating (water, hypromellose, medium chain triglycerides , and
hydroxypropylcellulose).
Directions: Take one tablet twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Warning: Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
Caution: Consult your healthcare practitioner before use if you are taking medication, have breast
cancer or a history of breast cancer, or have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble.
